My name is Jeffrey Lundgren and I am a food-loving, professionally-trained chef with over thirty years experience in culinary arts and the food service industry all over Greater Boston, the South Shore, and the Merrimack Valley. I have always wanted to share my love of food and cooking in an informal and relaxed setting, and have now fulfilled my dream of being a personal chef and teacher. For many years I dreamed I would someday be known as CHEFreyL and that time is here.
Do let me show you and your family how much I truly enjoy being a chef. Let me share my love of food and cooking with you. I will come into your home to prepare one special meal or a whole month's worth! It is a very satisfying feeling to know I have made your life easier and more pleasant.

My Mission
CHEFreyL is a personal service with the goal of making your life easier. Meal planning and cooking for a family is a never-ending task, but I can help by leading you to a healthier and happier way of life. With one quick call and a personal "meet and greet" we can work together to add quality meals and quality time to your daily life.
My concept is simple: We choose the menus together and I then shop for the freshest and highest quality ingredients out there. I prepare your favorite meals in your kitchen - enough to last you anywhere from 30 to 90 days - your choice. The meals are then packaged in safe containers for your freezer, and come with easy serving instructions.
