Jeff was fantastic right from the beginning. I emailed him on Thursday night, Friday morning he sent me a text on my phone.
By Saturday afternoon he was picking out groceries for a surprise birthday dinner at home for my wife. I chose lobster tail scampi, lobster mac and cheese, filet mignon, and fresh cheese cake.
Jeff arrived at the house and surprised my wife with flowers,
very thoughtful. I totally forgot to mention appetizers; Jeff had me covered. He made cheese, cracker, salami and pepperoni. He also made fresh clam chowder. The lobster tail scampi was unbelievable. Jeff mentioned earlier in the day that he was going to be in Maine,
so he bought fresh tails there. Huge portions of everything. filet was one of the most tender I’ve had, seasoned just right.
By the time the mac and cheese was ready to go, we were all full.
My sister in law and her friends stopped by and loved the different dishes. I should also point out that Jeff explained each dish, preparation and answered many many many questions from our daughter. Jeff cleaned up as if he was never in our kitchen. My wife and daughter were very happy with Jeff.
He packed all the left overs in containers for us.
We had such an awesome time with Jeff.
He will always be welcomed in our home and family.
